New Jersey Plastic Surgeon Dr. Andrew Elkwood of The Plastic Surgery Center has been chosen as a 2011 Top Doctor by NJ Monthly Magazine.

New Jersey Monthly polled the state’s 18,000 licensed and practicing physicians, to find
out which doctors they would send a family member to in more than 40 medical
specialties. Dr. Elkwood was among those chosen from more than 20,000 NJ physicians.

In addition to his expertise in cosmetic surgery, Dr. Elkwood is a regional, national and international expert in nerve reconstruction surgery for patients who have lost the use of a limb from nerve damage. Dr. Elkwood is skilled in microsurgery, limb replantation, and microsurgical cancer reconstruction. Dr. Elkwood’s cosmetic and reconstructive surgery has been featured in national media, notably television.
